We came to TapijtCentrum for the renovation of the stairs at our house. We were greeted into the store by Gultas.
She was very cheerful and showed us all the different options of laminate coverings for the stairs. She also explained us the pros and cons of laminate and pvc and helped us to choose the colours and making the final order. We were well informed at every stage.
It was also very nice to get a very good present for the 55th year celebration of TapijtCentrum.
It was very delightful experience at the TapijtCentrum and were are looking forward to the delivery and installation.

Edit... Given the disingenuous reply, I give 1 star. I would give zero if I could.
On several occasions we were giving conflicting advice about putting carpet down for our nursery. At first we were told that the carpet we chose would be ok to go over our existing floorboards and underfloor heating.
When an employee came to measure the floor he too said this would be fine and nothing else was discussed.
However, when another person came to install the carpet he said no, the carpet cannot go over the floorboards because A,) The carpet will not stick to the floor, B,) Even if it did stick, there was a high risk that the floorboards would warp and rise and C,) If he would put the carpet down, I would have to cut the bedroom door so it could open and close. Bottomline, I would have to remove the floorboards which is not something I wanted to do as they cost me €1200.
When we went back to the store to discuss this we were given an apology and a promise that they will call us back on Monday to let us know when they could come back.
We never got a call back so my wife visited the store to discuss in person. Given that my wife is due to give birth in 3 weeks and we still do not have the carpet, she asked if we could use the down payment to buy a rug as we do not have the time and tools to take up the floor. She was advised that not only would we lose our deposit, but we would also have to pay the full price of €1085 because the carpet was already cut.
Whilst I understand you cant uncut a carpet, it is not our fault that we were given incorrect information. They cut the carpet before getting all the facts. The facts which should have been provided after they came to measure the room. The carpet was cut with the understanding that it will be ok to go on our floor. So I had to decide whether I wanted to rip up the floor that cost me €1200 or lose €1085 to not have a carpet put down.
We were then told that they could actually take up the floor for us but it would be at a cost of €200. However, they could only do it in 2-3 weeks but our baby is due then so this was no good to us.
I reluctantly agreed to take the floor up myself if they could come the next morning to put the carpet down and cut the final bit off for me. The only gesture of goodwill offered was that they would put a metal strip down on the floor and cut the last piece off the floor for me for free. However, we were charged an extra €30 for this and I only realized after the fact.
All in all, I am not happy with how they have conducted their business but to end on a positive note I will say this... The 2 guys who came to install the carpet the first time and the 2 guys who came and actually installed the carpet, were very friendly, nice, and they ended up doing very good professional job. It was everything that came before that was absolutely painful, stressful and not something my wife, a pregnant woman should have to go through.

We loved the way Gultac helped us. She is both professional and friendly :). After our talk with her, we didn't even think about going anywhere else. Thanks to her approach, we decided how we should proceed with the flooring of our house very easily.
