Billing is sneaky.

They don't tell you about upcoming renewals, they just charge your card. No receipts, nothing. So, if you don't pay close attention (i didn't) they just rebill your card.

It's bad practice to not send bills or any communication - I guess their strategy is, if they don't send receipts or any notifications, you'll forget and it will slip through. Be careful.

Baffling poor engineering and support

Baffling poor engineering and support

* I paid for the service and they accidentally downgrade my account to free trial somehow?
* Missing trivial and table stakes features like sorting by recency on their UI
* No weekend customer support

Buggy rubbish. Difficult to cancel.

I tried to use the software and it is buggy as heck... The UI is unintuitive and full of glitches.
I tried to cancel my free trial and even that workflow had errors and bugs and made me contact them directly for which the support person kept ignoring my request. Finally they said they couldn't cancel my account as they would have to raise it with their accounting department... All I did was sign up for a 7-day trial, but I am convinced they are going to try and charge me.

Lack of activity controls leading to getting flagged and off LinkedIn

They don’t share with you clear instructions on how to get out to avoiding flagged Arlington they don’t share with you clear on all their tools that you can only do 100 actions per day also they have great services but when you use them you end up doing more than 100 a day such as the Bullock DM the system should only allow 10 messages per day as well as being able to engage with others or the system should tell you how many people engage with per day and limited Other tools limits those activities such as drip versus this tool that got flagged on and I had to beg them to get it back, so I highly advise it till they create those limits every single tool that they have for the engagement

As a customer of Taplio

As a customer of Taplio, I must express my disappointment with their service, particularly their lack of weekend support. In today's fast-paced business environment, issues can arise anytime, and having access to customer service only during weekdays is extremely limiting. This has caused frustration and affected my workflow, as I cannot address problems promptly.

Another concern is Taplio's usage of GPT-4 credits for simple comments. While I understand the benefits of incorporating advanced AI, it would be more practical to reserve these credits for creating posts and handling complex tasks where GPT-4 can truly shine. Allocating resources efficiently would enhance the overall value of Taplio's service.

In conclusion, although Taplio offers useful features for LinkedIn users, the limited customer service and inefficient use of GPT-4 resources leave much to be desired. I hope that Taplio takes these concerns into consideration and strives to improve their services for a better customer experience.

Great service- act not together with customers

Their AI for posting on LinkedIn is pretty darn good, and did help boost me on there.

Minus two stars for not having their act together on the back end, during a pause from my account I received email saying that I had to cancel for good or be auto-billed (never agreed to that, and easy to miss). Upon going to cancel , it told me my account didn't exist - but there I was, logged in.

So I just deleted the whole account.

Great service.

Works well.

Now they need to get their act together with customers.

17 Points About Taplio

This was my experience of the 7-day trial experience, which did not last for the full seven days, as I was not willing to continue. Your experience may be different.

How can Taplio do better?
1. This may sound picky to you; however, I noticed right off the top of this e-mail, you used a template, and, in the salutation, my name was missing.
2. Yet, as you can see in the “To:” section, my name appears correct, so coding may need to be altered to pick that up and place it in the salutation.
3. The experience a customer has is critical as the feelings created often outweigh everything else.

What didn't work for you?
1. It took a while to become familiar with what options I might have and experiment.
2. Many of the postings offered by others, and even AI did not meet what I was looking for at this time.
3. When I posted one of my own that was more than a few lines, once it was posted things became confusing.
4. In the post it had my original text message; however, it also had created an image of that same text and posted it along with the main text, being redundant.
5. Then on LinkedIn, I notice a need for a change and LinkedIn would not allow for editing of that post.
6. Dilemma, should I delete the whole thing, and start over?
7. Frustration dramatically increased as I tried different things now that I was aware of two components in the same posting.
8. As I was accessing LinkedIn several times a day, I started to also become irritated with the Taplio access button on top near the right side and could not change its location or remove it showing and still have the features, was my thought.
9. Attempted to schedule a few postings to see how that might work as well as shuffling the postings, which seemed to work out well.
10. Having been busy with a couple of other things for two days the possible 7 trial days were partially used up and the frustration and value not being visible to me, I had to choose.
11. I removed my subscription, deleted the application, and removed the extension from Google.

Was it a missing feature or a bug?
1. For me, the main bug is having the Taplio logo button on the LinkedIn page right where I most often looked. I did not appreciate it being in my face every time. It would have been better as an option in the top menu of LinkedIn, or availability to move it around, and smaller and less noticeable.
2. The created image of my original text message in Taplio being posted to LinkedIn with an image of the same content I cannot accept.
3. Unable to edit the combo posting.

Did you not see value in the product?
1. The AI was lacking
2. The postings of others to edit did not work out well in my case as that content did not reflect my mindset.
3. The scheduling was one aspect I did like, but it is not worth the monthly price of Taplio.
