Excellent selection guide and impressive delivery speed.

The customer didn’t know where they got the tap so I shared a picture with tap magician and they told me what tap it was and what parts I needed. I ordered them and the next day they arrived. Great company and great service.

Excellent service and the correct cartridge was easy to find on their website. A fraction of the price I was quoted on the official website (Bristan) All fitted and no more drips.

When we had an annoying leaking kitchen tap, Tap Magician were a great help and saved us the expense of replacing the whole tap. Their website has useful information about what could be causing the problem, how to identify the parts you need, and handy installation tips and videos. When I struggled to identify the exact spare I needed, their customer service was able to assist me via email really quickly. Delivery is super-fast and the part came with fitting instructions in the pack. Would highly recommend for price, speed and service.

When I was struggling to find the cartridge I needed, this company helped so much. With hints on measurements and their returns policy, I use them for all my needs

I initially contacted them to help identify the correct cartridges for my 1810 Curvato tap. I wasn’t sure of the exact model, but after sending a few photos over WhatsApp they quickly identified the right part and explained clearly what I needed to do (including removing the conversion bush, which I hadn’t realised). The order was dispatched the same day and arrived promptly.

A year later when the tap started dripping again, I got back in touch and they were just as responsive. Instead of simply pushing a sale, they took the time to ask troubleshooting questions and guide me through checks to properly diagnose the issue.

I have never changed a mixer tap cartridge before .the Video on line was great.however when I came to fit the hot side of the mixer tap I found it was not the same size as the one I removed however a quick call to tap magician’s ,and the lady who answer solved my problem fantastic service.
