Went into tappi Erdington store to look at some carpet for a bedroom just couldn't decide witch carpet to get with such a large selection. Then a lovely young man callum came over to me and really helped me decide he was so helpful in fact all the staff are so lovely I will definitely be recommending all my friends and family to shop there thankyou tappies.

This is my second carpet from Tappi Ayr, excellent service from Andy home visit right through to carpet being fitted by Ian,all very professional and nice people, thankyou Tracey McNeill

Haywards Heath branch are fantastic. John dealt with order from start to finish. It all went seamlessly. Tina also is fantastic and I can not praise enough Dave and Stuart who fitted the carpet. 5 stars all round! It all looks incredible

Very happy with our purchase. Salesman called to measure up we chose our carpet and didn't wait too long for installation date. Carpet fitter was very professional and a very clean worker. Would definitely recommend Tappi flooring and would use them again.

Used TAPI for the first time . Sales helpful and efficient . Flooring fitted but sadly was below standard as joints in LVT lifting. Same fitter out again to put right which failed . I asked for another inspection from a different fitter who deemed that it needed replacing . Manager explained it would be after Christmas which was fine . Took day off work no one came . Called store and asked to speak to manager who stated to a colleague that he had told me that this was the date he had told me it was coming to the store which I knew was incorrect . I was called back and he said he wasn’t sure what had happened ! Now rebooked so will see . Won’t use again or recommend this company .

Myself and my partner visited the Colchester store on Tuesday 20th Jan and picked out an off cut of Vinyl priced £39.99 and a bar to join it to the laminate at £30 which came to a total of £70 i had agreed to pay the fitter on the day £67 for the fitting ,however when I phoned the store to pay i was told it would be £168.70 plus the £67 for fitting so a mark up of almost £70 when I asked why it was now this price he said it was admin and delivery charges i told him this was extortionate and said we would take the vinyl in our car so he then changed the price to £109 so I asked what the extra £40 was for and he replied it's for glue to stick the vinyl down ,I later phoned another Tappi store and the same price vinyl including fitting would in total £135.48 so if I was someone who was not quite so on the ball I would have paid almost £100 over the top so avoid the Colchester branch of Tappi

I booked my appointment with Dave Allen to come and measure my stairs for new carpet and he arrived right on time. He brought plenty of samples for me to look through and was very helpful with advice on the proper underlay to use.

visted watford Tapi branch for laminated flooring and dealt by Jason was given advice on different types of flooring was very polite and fiitted by their fitter.The store was quick to answer the phone calls which was nice.

Asked for two quotes one from a living room and one for the living room and dining room only got one very limited information on the quote

Quick Google search of the floor and I can clearly see that you can get it at a fraction of the cost of this quote. I don’t think it cost an extra £700 plus to screed the floor as stated don’t really give you a breakdown on the quote on email

Very good service and advice from the team at your Poole shop. Nothing was too much trouble even though we had a slight change in our order and date for fixing. Paul arrived on time and carried out the fitting of our carpet in the lounge, hall, stairs and landing and vinyl in the kitchen to a very high standard. He was extremely polite, tried to cause as little disruption to us as was possible. We will certainly use Tapi again and request that Paul does the fitting.

Grant (Worcester )came out to give me a quote for some flooring and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. He was so friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Even when his tablet died, he didn’t let that stop him... he still managed to work everything out and sort me a price on the spot, which I really appreciated!

You can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in what he does, but he’s also just a really easy person to chat to. It felt like having a mate round rather than a salesperson, which made the whole experience so much nicer.

Wonderful bloke, great sense of humour, and bonus points because he likes dinosaurs, definitely made my day! 🦕

Visited Tapi Carpets in Croydon for look for some carpets for my house and was served by Pallavi who gave us full attention and advised us of different types of carpets. She helped us to select the carpet and arranged for home measure.
She was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend Tapi carpets to my friends and family.
