I subscribed to an annual package from Tappwater (Order #217272), which clearly stated that two filters would be included. However, I only received one.

When I contacted support and provided my order number, they responded by asking me to provide the “correct” order number—despite the fact that I had already shared the right one. I followed up via email, but there has been no response for 12 days now.

This is disappointing. The lack of proper customer support and delayed response makes the experience frustrating.

Amazing product! Easy to install and to use.

Delivered on time to my place.
Designed to hold, use and maintain easily.
And most importantly- the water is so delicious like coming directly from a mountain spring!

I'm not happy with my purchase.
I bought my Tappwater filter on August 30th and received it around September 6th or 7th. After trying to fit it onto my tap, I realized the water filter doesn’t fit, so I would like to return it.

I submitted a return request on September 24th, but I haven’t heard anything back. On October 13th, I sent a follow-up email as a reminder, but still received no response.

I understand that you may be busy, but honestly, this is too much time to leave a customer waiting. That’s why I’m leaving this review.
