Tap Lever broke just after a year. Have contacted the firm THREE TIMES for help to purchase a replacement. They have ignored all these messages so I am now stuck with having to buy a whole new one . VERY UNHAPPY customer. Don't use them if you want after sales service.

Lever broke 2 months ago -February, so just after a year as I quoted!
I agree a replacement was sent free of charge (was initially impressed)and unfortunately did not fit so I contacted but have never received anything back!
However I have had a workman AND a plumber advise me the inside of the lever has a stripped thread! I obviously cannot photograph inside. So please do not contradict me.
Also if you needed more time, a short email to advise would have been sufficient.
As for not receiving my emails, none were returned undelivered and I used the CS email twice and online contact form once

The tap unit itself when it arrived was faulty, but they refunded the money for the faulty item very quickly and with no issues. If ordering a tap, choose a good quality item that they sell rather than taking a chance on a cheaper priced item. Happy though with the customer service for sure.

The mirror itself is of very high quality and works an absolute dream. I highly recommend Tapron.
Ordered a Douche Kit, there was a slight error and part of the kit was missing. Contacted Tapron and they couldn't have been more helpful and the missing item was delivered next day. Kit also appears to be great quality and the customer I installed it for was really pleased with it.
I ordered and paid online for 2 items from Tapron. After a couple of days I received an email to say they were no longer stocking the items I’d ordered, but to tell me they could provide upgraded (and considerably more expensive) items for the same price. Did I want to go ahead? You bet I did!!! What could be better? An upgraded, more expensive item but for the same price. You can’t get fairer than that. Great customer service! The items duly arrived. I was delighted with the quality…. more importantly, the customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tapron.
My Tap arriived, the box looked like it had better days, no instructions in the box? And when I picked up the tap to inspect it, had an oil of some sort over it and the colour was different to what was shown on the website, I've been told I have to send it back and get a maximum of £10 to do so lol this is not acceptable at all, I'm very disappointed.

When the cabinets were being installed the fitter found that one of the glass shelves was broken. I again contacted Anna and again a replacement was sent out quickly. No quibbles.Great service!
Magical!! Found what turned out to be quite an elusive product on their website. Came in 2 days👍 awsome. Already fitted, looks cool. Also have some very nice products on the website. Check them out. Thanks guys.
A range of different and interesting products which seem to come at a higher than average standard. Very happy with the look and feel of our new gold tap, service quick. For a £200 tap I do think delivery should be free of charge but maybe the price reflects that.
