From start to finish of the process, Tara has been absolutely fantastic - she's professional and clearly knowledgeable (about the local areas, and the market in general), whilst being friendly and giving you a distinctive personal touch.
Nothing was too much trouble, she regularly checked in and was certainly happy to give the various parties / solicitors / agents etc a 'nudge' when required. Tara was always ready to offer advice and suggestions, and was incredibly supportive throughout.
Whilst I've no intention of moving anytime soon, if I do I'll have no hesitation selling with Tara again.

Tara was lovely to work with, from the very first viewing she was professional, honest and really understood our needs. The process of buying a house is supposed to be stressful but Tara helped everything go through swimmingly with no stress at all. With just over 5 weeks from the offer being accepted to completion, nothing was too much for Tara and she kept us updated all the way.

It's been a pleasure to buy an apartment and work with Tara. Pleasant person, great communication (kept me in a loop all the time, promptly responded when contacted and kept nudging the solicitors on both sides). I've asked for a second viewing and there was no problem arranging it- She gave us time to explore the apartment again.

Tara did a great job for us when we moved house, we bought and sold through her and she was helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout. Tara took a lot of stress out of the process and was great at communicating with the different parties involved meaning that we didn’t have to. She was easy to talk to and happy to answer and voice for us any questions that arose. We would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family (and already have).

Have just moved house with the help of Tara and she made it pretty much a pain free process. Always available at the end of the phone either to talk to or text (even when she was on holiday). Tara was very personable and also knowledgeable about the area I was moving from, and she herself did the viewings to potential buyers. I purchased a property through Tara and the whole experience was seamless. She was extremely communicative, and kept me updated with the sale process as much as possible. Very helpful with arranging viewings and was as flexible with these as the seller could allow.
