Quick and efficient service.

Good service but jacket comes up smaller than expected from the size information

Great customer service. While coat was not suitable dealing with a return was a pleasure and went smoothly. Speak to a person durect when you phone which was a bonus.

This company had what I was looking for at a very competitive price . I bought two sizes and returned one of them immediately. I’ve not received word from them yet as to a refund though my tracked return is with them. This is the reason for 4 stars. Otherwise speed of dispatch and price would be a 5 but not until I receive my refund. Refund received today . Thank you very much. 5stars now .

Great quality, lovely items which came quickly

The raincoat I ordered arrived within a few days. I was impressed with the speed of the service.

The fleece I bought was listed small I always buy small I couldn’t get my arm up the sleeve. Sent it back nearly 2 weeks ag no refund. Have sent an e Mail still nothing not good.

I would have given 5 stars . But I ordered two pairs of over trousers supposedly same style but and different colour.When they arrived the blue pair had openings at side to put hands through to any trousers pockets underneath. But the black pair didn't . So they were not same style as advertised . However I wrote to Target dry and they responded immediately, looked into the reason for this and explained that the blue pair were older stock and the newer stock didn't have the openings. I actually preferred the blue ones with the openings as far more practical .
So was a bit disappointed with the black pair. However Target dry gave me the option to return the black pair or to keep them with a partial refund, which I decided to accept. So although the trousers weren't identical, as advertised , Target dry did acknowledge and apologise and offered an acceptable compromise
as a solution . So can't fault their customer service ...very satisfied and the trousers good quality despite the slight difference in style .

I fell in love with the colour and style on the website. It arrived on time and I was not disappointed with the quality. The colour is bright and cheerful and the coat is light but very warm and cosy. Lots of pockets.

THE ONLY REASON I HAVE GIVEN ONE STAR IS BECAUSE I CANNOT WRITE A REVIEW ON WHAT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED AND IT HAS BEEN 14 DAYS SINCE DISPATCH! HAVING SAID THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTIVE TO WHOM I WAS SPEAKING THIS MORNING DESERVES 5 STARS AS HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND IS GOING TO RESEND MY ORDER SO HOPEFULLY IT WILL SOON ARRIVE.

Great discount on these lighthouse coats that I have been looking at for ages. My two sons already have one each and LOVE them. They won't wear any other coat now so this purchase was just sizing up to the next size.

Wear this hat for work as a delivery driver - hoods always blow down and don't protect face. This is absolutely superb and totally waterproof. Love it!
