DO NOT HIRE — Federal Fraud Complaints Filed

Target Patients MD, Target Patients LLC, Geo 360 AI — targetpatientsmd.com

I hired Target Patients MD (Target Patients LLC / Geo 360 AI) to manage my Google Ads and CRM. Three months of zero results and $2,222+ in fees later, I terminated the contract. What I found during the technical audit after termination is why I am filing this review.

Their team planted an unauthorized login account on my website that was still being accessed after termination. They installed malware (confirmed by GoDaddy). They embedded their own Facebook Pixel on my site to harvest my customers into their own ad account — without telling me. They added their own domain to my Google Ads account giving themselves access to my campaign data. They embedded a dead phone number in my website's Google data so my clients couldn't reach me. And when I terminated — after written promises to return everything — they blocked my access to 2,111 of my business contacts and went completely unreachable.

Those contacts are still being withheld today.

FBI Internet Crime Complaint (IC3) filed April 1, 2026. FTC complaint filed April 1, 2026. Both are on record with case numbers.

If you are a medical spa, aesthetic studio, or beauty business considering Target Patients MD, Target Patients LLC, or the Geo 360 AI product: check your Google Ads allowed domains, your website backend for foreign pixels and tracking tags, and your CRM admin access before signing anything. These are not small mistakes — they are systematic and they are documented.
