Probably one of the most rewarding courses I have attended. The training we received from Ralph was first class! He made the training enjoyable and easy to understand. I recently undertook the 3- day Advanced Train the Trainer Course with Target Training. Ralph was the course instructor and I can honestly say it was one of the most well-structured and engaging courses I’ve ever attended.

I felt fully supported throughout and was made to feel completely comfortable from the start.

I would not hesitate to recommend Target Training. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to everyone!

Had the pleasure of attending a train the trainer course this week and I can honestly say it's one of the best courses I have ever done.

The content was fab and I personally took a lot from the session and Ralph what can I say .

He is such a passionate person and definitely know his stuff . It was so high energy and not the normal death by PowerPoint. We had lots of laughs and got pushed outside our comfort zones, but it was so worth it and you only get out what you put into it.

Its wasnt only a course but a great team building exercise . Would highly recommend. I personally feel much more confident and know I am going to be a better trainer because of it.

So thank you Ralph for making us feel so a ease and a fabulous 3 days .

So many new skills, team bonding and memories have been made during the course.

Ralph was such a great trainer and really opened my eyes to how important being a GOOD trainer is.

Cannot thank Ralph enough for spending the time with us this week to better our skills and already have seen a huge improvement in how I deliver training in comparison to the start of the course.Would definitely enrolled in an advanced course in the future with Ralph and his team.

This course was superb. I didn't know what to expect going into the course as my workplace signed us up but it Claire (our trainer and coach) was absolutely fantastic. There were moments where I felt out of my comfort zone but I learnt so much on the course and I feel that this has really helped my long term development - not just in my career but as a person.

I attended the Train the Trainer 2 day remote course in March 2023, and it was a great experience. As someone who has been leading training occasionally in my role but never had official training, this was amazing. I learnt a lot over the two days and can confidently say I'm a better trainer for it. Thank you Ralph 😊

Ralph and Claire were fabulous trainers. I really enjoyed my time with them in Gothenburg. They have taught me some very good skills to help me within my leadership roll. I really enjoyed the Train the Trainer two day course and would recommend it to anyone who has to present training no matter in what capacity.
Ralph is an excellent trainer; his enthusiasm, motivation and experience are obvious from the start.
You will not believe how much you can learn in just two days; the skills appear simple and are easy to use but, with practice, will vastly improve your ability as a trainer.

What 2 days!!! I have had many training opportunities throughout my 25-year career as a Chartered Surveyor – however, these 2 days were above and beyond all training I have previously experienced. Claire is a skilled professional who tailors, reacts and flexes her training.
The best investment of time I have made – wholly recommend anyone considering a coaching course, I am hooked and will be exploring this skill set further as it is invaluable for anyone with line management responsibilities – or who simply wants to review themselves and their own behaviours.
I feel refreshed, renewed and raring to go with coaching as a new skill – thanks Claire and Ralph , what I have learnt will not only project others in their careers it will enable me to progress renewed skills within myself.
I want to put these new skills into practice – however, I will be back for more training with Claire in 2023 ………

I wasn't sure what to expect when i was told i would be attending this training however it exceeded all expectations. Scott is a fantastic trainer and made the course fun and he had all of us super engaged at all times. Everyone learned so much and was able to apply this knowledge to their work straight away. The group often refer to the training when working on projects as all the information really stuck and i can still hear Scotts voice now!

Outstanding Training..
I can be a bit of an eye roller on training courses as I find lots of trainers can be patronising, they don’t read the intelligence of the room, and they use aids like powerpoint way too much.

I wanted to do a train the trainer course as it’s a requirement for my business, and I have to say, I am pleased I chose Target Training.

Ralph, and his associate Scott, truly care about their delegates. Whilst he applied a lot of pressure to ensure he got the best out of us, he did so in a structured and dynamic way that meant I was constantly challenged, but in a safe environment.

I cannot believe the difference in my competence as a trainer in just two short days.

This organisation is professional and credible, and I highly recommend them.

Scott is an amazing trainer and extremely engaging from the very beginning of the 2 day training course. He made the course very fun from beginning to end and their was lots of interactive exercises throughout which really helped boost the learning taken from the course. Scott really focused on working individuals as well as a group which felt really personal and that he was going that extra mile. Overall one of the best training courses I have attended and would certainly recommend.

Very enjoyable 2 days training, Scott is a fantastic trainer and put you right at ease and was great at explaining how best to approach or tackle all scenarios and aspects of training to take this forward. Would highly recommend Target Training for those wishing to do the train the trainer course.
