Fantastic couple of days with Claire completing the Coaching Skills course. Flexible, knowledgeable and just a joy to work with. Highly recommended; I will be back for more!

Recently delivered a team dynamics course to my team, well delivered suitably paced and great adaption to keep a colleague, isolating due to COVID, engaged throughout

Training courses always fill me with dread, however this was not one of them at all! It was so relaxed and relatable that it felt like you were chatting with friends. The whole team benefitted from the approach and had fun whilst actually learning. Claire & Ralph are so good at delivering the content in such an enjoyable way that it really makes you open up and allows you to get the most out of the day! Thank you :-)

Like many people after 30 plus years in my working life I am always aware that there is plenty to learn in life, however, I was empowered by the fantastic training given by Scott and Target Training. Have learnt so much that will not just be useful in training delivery but in many other areas of my work.

I went into the course feeling reserved as previous courses I’ve done haven’t left me with a great impression but the Target Training course was second to none. Scott was absolutely brilliant and the course material matched that. Eye opening experience and I genuinely have taken so much from my two days that will really enable to me thrive in my work environment. I Cannot recommend them enough or begin to praise them enough.

I went on the two day train the trainer course and i absolutely loved it! Claire was an amazing instructor and I definitely learned a lot from her, from body language to how to ask questions to a group setting. would 100% recommend

What a great course from start to finish. Claire was our trainer for the two day Train the trainer course in Newcastle. She made sure we gained as much knowledge as possible from the course. I highly recommend the 2 day Coaching Skills Course, it was brilliant. Claire was fantastic, she put me at ease straight away as I was particularly nervous to begin with. She taught in such a way that was easy to grasp, interesting, fun and really made the 2 days totally worth while - I came away feeling like I'd learnt loads! I also got to witness the 'Train the Trainer Course' too which Ralph ran. Thank You to both Claire and Ralph for being so warm and welcoming and for being so amazing at what you do!

I've had such an amazing learning experience on this course. Ralph was so great on pushing us to excellence. Recognizing quickly our potential and coaching us to success. I'll be forever thankful I decided to take this course with Ralph.

Attended a two day train the trainer course run by Ralph and came away feeling that not only had my skills improved but also Ralph somehow in a short space of time gave me the tools to grow myself. Ralph allows all candidates the time, encouragement and support to bring out the confidence and talents he sees in everyone in an environment that feels friendly and open. Would recommend Target Training based on my experience.

Ralph and Claire are both fantastic trainers they put you at ease when you go wrong and really help you get through the course I would always recommend them, It would have been nice to have been in the classroom with everyone Really great job guys thanks a lot

From the information I had about the 2 day Train the Trainer course I was expecting it to be good.

I was not disappointed, the objectives of the course were met, the content was very interesting and relevant and Scott the trainer made the 2 days fun and interesting.

I came away having enjoyed the course very much and took away a lot of information, tips and advice that I can now use in my place of work. As a result I am more confident at facilitating courses than I was before I attended.

I would highly recommend Target Training to anyone who is looking to better themselves at being a trainer,
I went on this course feeling anxious not knowing what to expect but the second i was greeted by Scott i felt at ease.
Scott looks at each individual in much detail to determine there weaknesses and strengths to determine the best way to help you.
Before i went on this course i had very little confidence or training experience but after 2 days with Scott teaching me lots of new techniques and giving me lots of fantastic advice/guidance i can honestly say i have walked away a very confident trainer.
I intend on continuing to use everything Scott taught me to keep on bettering myself.
You get a great sense of achievement when you walk away from the classroom knowing what you have just learnt and done, and i owe Scott a huge thankyou for that!

Great training, a lot packed into 2 days but Ralphs` enthusiasm and training method really inspire you to stay engaged. The content was great and I learnt some really useful skills that will improve the training courses that I present going forward.

Having been introduced to Claire through a mutual contact, I can truly say her knowledge is second to none. Over the last five months we shared a coaching journey that took me from an extremely dark place, with no light at the end of the tunnel, to reasserting myself in my personal and professional life, with clear direction in both.
