This lady tonight was great. The Marissa from this morning should be fired for talking to a customer the way she did. Talking over me, going to cancel my flight and charge me, going to hang up on me. They tell you a price then they do withdraw the amount on your CC the amount was $455 then you call them for flight info and they say the amount is $836 it’s $455 to Houston from Mexico but you have to pay another $400 to get to Austin and you can not get a refund or cancel don’t buy from them go directly to the airline if you do you will regret it
