I didn't buy this product. Probably my 6 year old saw an add in my phone and went through with the purchase as the system isn't safe enough (no finger print nor passwords requested for purchases). I have requested a refund as I'm not going to use the voucher and I got an email (in German and had to translate it) saying that I would not get a refund as they cannot be sure the voucher is not used. The voucher has not been used. I want my refund and this is a terrible service. By the way, I get an email in spanish asking for my opinion, and I get redirected to this site in German. It is an awful user experience for a dissatisfied person.
