I ordered a welding curtain and unfortunately some parts were missing when it arrived. i called and talked to Jesi, she took care of the issue immediately - sending out the replacement parts right away.
Excellent customer service and a great company to deal with. Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered individual rolls of vinyl material in the past, but this was my first time handling a multi-roll freight shipment from Tarps Now. Tasha was incredibly helpful in coordinating the freight details and made sure the order arrived before we closed operations for the Christmas holiday. jessie was extremely helpful in my choice of materials and submitting a drawing of the custom tarp i wanted. when i received my tarp i was thrilled with the quality and it was made perfectly and it fits the spot perfectly.

The custom tarp I ordered was patched together with both horizontal and vertical seams that rendered the tarp useless for my application. The company refused to provide a refund or a new tarp. I would not use this company in the future.

I called Tarps Now to order a fire tarp. Because I am not great with online ordering I asked for help. I talked with a wonderful and patient woman named Jesi. She took the time and walked me through the online ordering process. It went very smoothly and I am looking forward to receiving my tarp. Thank you Jesi.

Ordering a custom-sized tarp (12' x 25') through the TarpsNow website was a breeze—just a few clicks and I was on my way. I did have a couple of backend details that needed attention, and Tasha stepped in to make the process completely seamless. Update: they have offered to remedy the situation and refund for the damaged tarp.

I bought two 20x20 green canvas tarps that are sold with this description “Whatever the conditions, you can rely on this tarp to deliver. It is highly resistant to mold, mildew, UV rays, and abrasions, so everything underneath stays safe and dry. Unlike typical tarps, yours is breathable to prevent moisture buildup, keeping your items fresh and secure. I installed the first with paracord as a covering for my livestock feed area. Grommets failed within a few days. After some arguing with Danielle in sales, they finally agreed to refund for the tarp after I made a claim with my credit card company, but they said it was my fault in how I secured the tarp and told me how to put up the next one.

I finally put up the second one about a week ago, I added a full crossbeam support the entire length of the tarp, secured with bungee cord like the company suggested and again, the grommets on the tarp failed and now I’m stuck with a $300+ tarp that did me no good.

Jesi did great job helping me with my order. She knows products and accessories well and was very professional.

Our organization had to create a special order to get the tarps we needed and Danielle has been wonderful to work with. She was prompt and got us a quote quickly and answered every question we had.

I recently needed to reach out to customer service to resolve a mistake with my order. Danielle responded promptly that she was working to find a resolution. Within 20 minutes she responded back again with a resolution that I was happy with. A+ customer service.
