Avoid this company, glossy website and email sales, however they are taking money without supplying the goods. Usual story as others leaving reviews, ordered, paid, label produced, no delivery, sent enquiry email, response we are busy. Then nothing.
This company has a Gmail.com email address, the first red flag I should have noticed!

AVOID, or you will lose your money.

Poor from start to finish. Great offer on the shoes but never shipped, communication misleading when it did happen and eventually when they agreed to refund me, it never happened.

Luckily my bank resolved via a dispute, but Tarreno have still never answered me.

Scam - Do Not Use!

I placed an order for some shoes, three days later I received an email saying that they were on the way.

Two weeks had gone by since making my order and my shoes hadn't arrived. I checked the tracking number nothing worked. I sent an email to Tarreno asking where my order was and I received a reply two weeks later saying that the shoes are waiting to be sent out but there is a back log so delivery may take longer than expected.

After reading this I replied to Tarreno on the same day asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded. It's been another two weeks and I am yet to hear back from them regarding my order.

The website and emails sent out by Tarreno state that the company will respond to emails within two working days. This is not the case.

Tarreno are happy to send out promotional emails daily, however do not respond to emails that require a response. Very frustrating.

Do not use this company.

I ordered boots on 9/09/2026 they kept saying they with the courier so I track them and it was showing they have never left the depot I email them very big apologise saying we will confirm refund in a couple of days and it might take 5 days to reach your bank that was 10 days ago they are fraud company 😡😡

I ordered a paid of Boots on 26th September and cancelled the same day.
ITs now 23rd OCTOBER and still no REFUND. I was promised by Tarreno in 2 separate emails that my refund would be in my account in 2 business days.

19 Business days later and still no sign of my REFUND.

Now my only choice is to take legal action against them.

I ordered a pair of boots. Firstly they took 3 weeks to arrive. When they did arrive they were not the size I had ordered.
There was no returns slip or information in the parcel. I emailed them for advice over a week ago but no response.
It's a shame, the boots seem really nice and if they were the right size I would be a very happy customer.
