The Glen Appin bag I bought had a screw missing (1 out of four) on the closing clasp.
The bag itself cannot be closed properly because of the poor design. The material is too soft for this type of clasp. You need three hands to close it!

I am very happy with my flask, But Delivery took a week to come 73 miles.
