I placed an order more then two weeks ago and still have no recieved my package!!! And I know a few people myself who have ordered after me and they receieved their delievery within a week! Cant believe its taking this long and its just one product!!! And their tracking system is useless doesnt get updated it says its still in the US! What a joke!!! Bad bad website never again make that mistake of ordering form Tarte again!

Tarte had a recent 50% off sale for the shape tape concealers. As I was on the last step of ordering this I was told my card had been declined and the order had not been processed, but Tarte had taken the money out of my account anyway !! I rang the company and was put on hold for an hour and 30 mins with still no one to speak to me. I have now been billed £300!!!! For this call, I have emailed Tarte about this matter twice but still no response. Very bad service , DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Shipping was very quick ( my order has arrived in 11 days and i live in Italy!!) also the packaging was perfect! Online costumer service is very friendly and quite helpful. Totally satisfied :) Many thanks to my favorite make up brand ^^

I wish I could give Tarte 0 stars based on their customer service. I honestly loved their products and I wanted to order their shape tape concelear because they were offering a 50% discount and it’s one of the best concelear’s I’ve used. However, when I put my order in I got charged twice and was told that my order was never placed in the first place. Once I realized that I was wrongly charged I called Tarte’s customer service. I probably called them about 4 times and they hung up each time. I never was able to talk to a representative. The next day I called again and waited over 45 minutes because I needed this problem solved. They never answered, shocker. I sent multiple emails to their customer service line and they told me it was a problem on my end. Which I guarantee it was not. Today, I finally got my money back. Only after over 4 days of struggling to get in contact with their customer service team. I will never order from Tarte again due to their incompetence. They do not answer their phones or emails and they definitely don’t honour their previous deals after they ripped you off. They are the most incompetent company I’ve ever ordered from and it’s a waste time.

Please beware of this company. My daughter placed an order that went through twice, she was charged but no order confirmation so they advise leaving her to call them, we were then charged £63 to call them. We are now waiting to be refunded for the orders that we were charged did that never went through. Absolutely shocking!

Awful company and costumer service. I was charged 3 times for an order that didnt go through and when i tried contacting them i cant get hold of anyone. The phone numbers on the website are fake there is no live chat and no one answers the emails. DONT BUY FROM THEM IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY

Due to an online problem in payment I got "CHARGED 6 TIMES" while trying to process my order
when I noticed I contacted them and never got an answer
I contacted them with Twitter, Facebook email, THEIR WEBSITE and phone AND NO ANSWERS AT ALL!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!! I tried to place an order in the amount of 57.33. My order was never placed and I continued to receive an error message. Although, I reviewed my credit card activity and there was a charge of 513.00 in process. My cc company can not reverse the charges for 10 days, not to mention my family and I are not currently in a position to have over 500.00 in limbo (recession and pandemic)!! I tried calling and emailing this scam company to no avail..... BUYER BEWARE, THE 50% OFF IS A LURE FOR FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!!!!!!

Tried to place an order my order was refused a number of times. I contacted customer service spoke to an agent named Keylor who ended our conversation prematurely. My order never placed and then I noticed they had take the full amount from my Bank so I had to contact customer service yet again & unfortunately got the same agent who once again was no help didn’t answer the questions I asked & told me my money wouldn’t be refunded for 10 days. I emailed squad @tarte too but no reply. I will be avoiding in future.

I bought a pallet from Tarte in April 2018 and it never came!! I tried contacting the company and I never got a reply from them.

Tarte Cosmetics is amazing!! They have great products that are well worth the money that you spend on them!! The customer service is amazing. They are quick to help with any problem you may have no matter how big or small. Will continue to buy from them for a long long time!!!

Their customer service talk in riddles, they do not even acknowledge the actual issue and reply to my emails with what seems like a whole load of nonsense that does not even attempt to solve the issue. I'm beginning to wonder if they even employ staff from this planet.

I have tried a few tarte products now and I’m disappointed in all of them. The Amazonian Clay stick foundation is patchy, orangey and melts off quickly and it doesn’t last long. I have tried 4 of their mascaras only one of them actually had good performance but it stung my eyes. I’ve got the highlighter stick which isn’t pigmented and I’ve got one lipstick/gloss which isn’t bad but not outstanding either. The worst products I’ve tried from Tarte are their eyeshadow palettes. I had one as part of a kit from QVC U.K. the rainforest of the sea. Whilst the packaging is lovely and the shades look pretty in the pan there is no pigmentation whatsoever. Even when I swatch on my hand it’s very very faint I have to use the darkest shades as the lightest ones are virtually invisible. I have tried everything to get these shadows to work but they just don’t have good coverage or pigmentation. It’s a shame as they look so pretty and the packaging is gorgeous. The other eyeshadow palette I’ve tried is the Love Trust and Fairy Dust palette which I ordered directly from Tarte. This palette again looks stunning and has gorgeous packaging but there isn’t a lot huge amount of pigmentation. I can work with them and they perform better than the rainforest of the sea palettes but the pigmentation isn’t what I would expect for a palette of this price. I really want to love their products but they are too expensive, too low quality and inaccessible. I have 2 palettes I don’t really use but as they look so nice and I have barely dented the pan I can’t bring myself to throw them out so they will probably remain in my draw until I really have to let them go.

Love love loveeee the shape tape concealer! I have been using it for 2 years, would never change to a different concealer. I have tried many from drugstore ones to the high end Estée Lauder, mac, Nars etc, none and absolutely none compare to this amazing concealer. Yes it is pricey and yes it takes time to be delivered but totally worth it. I have never had any issues with deliveries although it has taken up to 2 weeks but for a gem like this no problem! I purchase mine when they have a 25% off on them

I ordered when there was a promotion of a makeup bag with 7 "full sized" products. I waited about 2-3 weeks before I emailed (it had not arrived yet). They told me to give it another 1-2 weeks. Still had not arrived so I emailed again and they decided (on their own) to re-send the order. I emailed back immediately to ask to change my shipping address since it would be arriving when I was home for the holidays in another province. They told me it had already been shipped. I received email notification of it being sent out 3 days later... I waited approximately another 2-3 weeks before it arrived to the original shipping address. I had to call Canada post to ensure they would hold it until I got back. When I finally got my package, two products PLUS the makeup bag were missing. I emailed them about my whole experience and my frustration asking for my products and compensation. I received no response. I emailed again two weeks later to say I had heard nothing. A few days later they responded saying that they had refunded me $24 earlier in the month...... I am beyond frustrated!!! I was not included in deciding what the "solution" would be AND I never received the missing products. I will NOT be ordering from Tarte again.

I really love the products but unfortunately I've made a few orders with missing items once arrived and damaged items. I've provided evidence & receive no help from tarte customer service. I live in the UK & items aren't packaged well, just loose in paper. It's my 3rd order with problems I feel I can't buy the products anymore, it's such a shame.

I like their makeup range, in particular their vegan foundation and vegan mascara. I also love that it is a cruelty free and that they have a vegan range.

I have been buying Tarte since 2016, 1st purchase was Sephora in New York E42nd St, and I have ordered online numerous time and have had no issues!
Products are excellent, last longer than any big brands I have bought before, I love the fact the are cruelty free.
I love the range of products they now offer, and I will be a Tartelet as long as I wear makeup!

Ordered item the tracking said delivered through my letter box...no it wasnt!!! emailed them 2 be told it was lost in transit🤔🤔 load of rubbish it wasnt even sent out!! Now have 2 wait 10-14days for refund avoid at all costs!!!
