We dealt with Ali in Pickering

We dealt with Ali in Pickering and he was beyond professional. He had so much knowledge and really did his best to give us a good deal. We have been dealing with Pickering Tasco for years and have always been satisfied.

Our favourite Sales Professional at Tasco

We recently purchased a Liebherr refrigerator, which replaced our thirty-year-old Sub Zero, also from Tasco. Adrian Malinowski saw us through the process of replacing it with a floor model, Liebherr, which he recommended. He saw us through a challenging installation. He also advised us on our replacement Miele dishwasher, and stepped in to make sure we had the advertised extended warranty. He facilitated the purchase and delivery of a new washer and dryer for the next day. Our family has been purchasing from Tasco for decades! I cannot emphasize Tasco's great selection of appliances and Adrian's professional customer support enough! Bravo.

By far the worst customer service I…

By far the worst customer service I have dealt with. I would call Tasco after sales service and would wait several minutes just to have a representative hang up in seconds.

Terrible customer service and epic installation failure

Recently purchased a number of products (fridge, DW, wall oven, MW, wine fridge, washer/dryer and would not recommend them whatsoever. While the sales side was great, the installation and customer resolution side was terrible. A very simple installation has over a dozen deficiencies and with no resolution in site. There are better places to purchase your appliances from
While the exceptionally poor service continues. Despite efforts to have all of the deficiency items rectified and Taso Appliance assurance that the team they sent today would address same, the result was an epic failure. While they showed up with the correct fridge door panel size they did not have any screws in which to install it.....very unprofessional Also the other 8 remaining items on the deficiency list could also not be addressed because the team did not have the parts that have been missing for some time now despite all of my effort to ensure all parties were aware of what was missing and what was needed to be done and their assurance that same would be addressed. Didnt happen. A complete waste of time.

Horrible service

We purchased a washer and dryer and also purchased the hook up and removal of old ones. On the day of the delivery first thing they told me was they didn't have any of the parts fo do it. They asked me to call the store where I bought it and ask them to locate the parts??? Why am I calling them, how is this my problem. So i called the store manager and she was no help at all. Also this is after I called them yesterday to confirm that everything was ready to go for tomorrow. She asked me to accept them as it would be easier for them. I told her why would I do that, and when will you be back to hook it up as I will be without a washer and dryer. She couldn't tell me a date. I didn't accept them and returned it all. I told her for costumer care and being a manger of a store you have no answers for anything. This is just poor service. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from Tasco.

Customer service at store level was…

Customer service at store level was excellent, however the customer service after the purchase is sub-standard. Purchased $26k worth of appliances and fridge broke down in the first month. It went on back order and after waiting for 1 WHOLE year we purchased a new fridge elsewhere. Fast forward 6 more months trying to get back the warranty amount that we paid, multiple calls to their INBOUND only call center with long waiting times, they keep telling me that they will follow up but to this date, no one has called back. They only write e-mails to their accounting and neither accounting, nor follow up department ever calls back

TERRIBLE SERVICE/PRODUCT

WE PURCHASED ALL OUR APPLIANCES TOTALING ALMOST $30,000 . WE HAD ISSUES WITH OUR DISHWASHER LEAKING WE CALLED TO GET A TECH OUT THEY ADVISED US THAT " THE TECH WOULD CALL A DAY IN AN ADVANCE AND WAS PROVIDED A TICKET NUMBER. THE TECH NEVER CALLED NEVER SHOWED UP SO I CALLED BACK IN WITH THE TICKET NUMBER THEY SAID "THEY COULDN'T FIND THE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THE TECH WOULDN'T BE ABE TO COME OUT TILL THE FOLLOWING WEEK ( NOW GOING ON 2 WEEKS AND HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO USE THE DISHWASHER) TECH FINALLY CAME OUT GAVE US A RUN AROUND THAT ITS NOT LEVEL WE ASKED HIM TO LEVEL IT AND HE SAID HE CAN NOT!! THEN SAID HE NEEDED TO ORDER A PART SO WE AGAIN CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLDTHE PART IS ON BACK ORDER FOR 2 MORE WEEKS. NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS WE ASKED TO TAKE THE DISHWASHER BACK THEY TOLD US " THAT WE CANT BECAUSE IT IS FIXABLE" WE AGAIN WAITED ANOTHER WEEK FINALLY WE GOT A TECH THAT WAS WILLING TO DO HIS JOB AND FIXED THE ISSUE. IT WORKED FOR A WEEK AND IS NOW LEAKING AGAIN!!!!!! ( BACK TO THE DREADED RUN AROUND PHONE CALLS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WOULD GET BETTER SERVICES IF YOU PURCHASED A 200.00 DISHWASHER

We bought a $2,700 Frigidaire range…

We bought a $2,700 Frigidaire range that sounds like a hovercraft.
The fan is twice as noisy then my $650 range in my triplex.
I call my sales rep he says too bad for you nothing he can do. Call customer service so I do and I tell them I am not happy with the selection they recommended to us. Well it's too bad!!! We are stuck with it.
No returns. Once you turn that baby on you own it.

On hold forever for customer service just to be told. Too bad for you!
