Friendly, quick and efficient (as always)

We recently had to renew our domain and for some reason, upon renewal, the formatting of the website changed. I contacted Tasjeel (over the weekend) and had a response almost instantly. Their team got to work immediately and managed to do a website restore from a previous date (they had an automatic version saved for the last 6 months - very reassuring). After we restored the website, it was very slow for some reason. I contacted support again, and they (again) resolved the issue almost instantly and also recommended companies to help with our website if needed. As always, all the representatives were super friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Credit when it's due. I highly recommend this provider.
