The staff were friendly, approachable, polite and listened to what our requirements were. Time was spent with us to make sure we had appropriate information and that our purchase made was seamless.

The staff in the store were relaxed, kind, helpful and knowledgable. After purchase - communication was good and the delivery team were effective and professional. This would have been a 5 star review but we were told that the sofa (which was on display in the showroom) would be brushed down and plastic wrapped prior to delivery - but it wasnt. Generally, however - good service.

Excellent service given by Daniel when we first visited to choose dining room furniture. He spent a long time with us, checking measurements and making sure what we chose would fit in our new apartment as we had downsized. The delivery was prompt and the men were very polite and everything was placed precisely where we wanted it. The atmosphere in the shop is very relaxing and all the staff are very helpful. We also bought a guest bed and an electric reclining chair. We are very happy with everything we bought and would certainly recommend the store.

I knew exactly which sofa and chairs I wanted to purchase. The staff member was very helpful and showed me the various leathers and wood colours. Luckily the sofa on display in your store was the exact model that I was looking for.
I had already read on your website that the delivery of Stressless products could take 9 weeks.
The man checked the availability and found that all 3 items were in stock at a Midlands depot.
Even though I was happy to wait 9 weeks the very kind man was able to have all of my order delivered before Christmas.

I recently ordered a armchair on line. Obviously I cannot comment on the actual purchased item as
this will not be delivered till June.
However,I was very pleased with the website which was easy to navigate. It offered a good choice with a very good description on each item.
Hopefully the armchair matches my expectations.
