We tested sofas was treated with great customer service. Delivery of sofas quicker than other companies. Very satisfied.

I placed an order for patio storage box. Web site and ordering a simple process. Plenty of emails about delivery and arrived on the day and time stated.
The product a wicker style patio storage box is well made with a coated metal frame.
Thankfully it's not my first time putting things together as the instructions are super vague and if not careful you could miss a couple of the plastic spacers which are important when fitting the struts to the frame and lid.
Apart from that a one person job. If there is anything else I need and find it here I would buy again.

We were greeted when we walked into the store by Daniel, who asked what we were looking for. We were looking for a new sofa, and we were shown a range that had just been brought in from Italy. The sofa we both sat on was extremely comfortable and had head rests and recliners that were electrically operated. He also explained the extra detail on the back of the sofa which is not normally on view. The fabric we chose was also on another sofa so we could see and feel the texture. We were very happy with the price of the sofa we also bought a matching armchair and a rug. 2 very happy customers indeed! We will definitely be back again.

The staff, especially Danial, are really helpful, patient and knowledgeable.
There is a vast array of furniture to look at that would suit all tastes.
Highly recommended.

Ordered dining furniture in sale - did not want chairs and bench but was told was all part of the matching set so had to have all.
Got delivery on 24th June 2025 - chairs didn't match.
Phoned customer services who said they would get somebody to call us back. This didn't happen. Phoned again and again informed we would get a call back.
Friday 28th June 2025 we called down and spoke to the manager/owner.
He says we bought as seen as in sale, but as goodwill , he would change the chairs, but would be more grey than beige in fabric. We agreed to this He asked that we give him a couple of days and he would call us to arrange collection if the mismatched chairs snx delivery of the replacements.
It is now 18th July 2025 and we are still awaiting this to happen.
Very disappointed with the whole experience

Great store with excellent choices of furniture suites, etc. Able to walk round and view without pressure from sales staff but readerly available when required !!!
