Ordered a table and chairs....loved it ....came out and installed it...Chairs were different... explained they weren't the same....got fobbed off

Would give you top marks but short of coushens

Bought on line so I was not sure how my water feature woykd like. But its lovely. Delivered on time , letting you know we're the drive was and how long before they would deliver it.

We ordered a couch back in Feb' and were told between 8-10 weeks. When we asked for an update we were told "oh no" it will be 10-12 weeks. We had a called on a Monday and told the couch was in and would be delivered on Friday. We paid for our old couch to be taken away on the Thursday. Friday morning came and I called to check on delivery, only to be told the couch was the wrong one and was going back...our couch would be another 2-3 weeks so no nothing to sit for 3 weeks. Went up to the store as they offered to loan us a couch from the outlet section. Guys in store were really helpful and he arranged with the delivery team to have it delivered the next day. While we were in store I get a call from the finance company to check everything was okay. I told them we hadn't had the couch and they were surprised as they had paid Taskers for the couch on Thursday and we couldnt stop the payments, so paying for something we didnt have yet. Since we git the loan couch customer service have said they wont compensate us as they have leant us a loan couch! All they have done is provided something, even if not the right one yet, that we've paid for...shocking attitude and poor customer service

The delivery couriers were really friendly and very professional. They assembled the table and chairs together very quickly and with care

Kev and gregg delivered and assembled our new dining set. Both hard working lads and was very courteous as we had just had new flooring they where happy to lay carpet to protect our flooring.

Found what we looking for, staff very helpful, fantastic choice of furniture , made a purchase very easily, would definitely return in the future, highly recommend

I’ve been a customer of Taskers DIY for years now, and one of the biggest perks is that it’s right on my doorstep. It’s always been our go-to for home and garden bits, and the quality has never let us down.

When we first moved into our house over 7 years ago, we bought a sideboard from Taskers—and to this day, it’s still the most solid piece of furniture we own. It’s stood the test of time brilliantly, which says everything about the quality of what they sell. We also took advantage of the 0% finance at the time, and the whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.

More recently, we picked up a Weather King parasol, which was not only a great price but also an absolute breeze to put up. It’s rare to get something that’s both affordable and so easy to assemble.

Another highlight for us as a family is visiting Taskers at Christmas. The decorations and displays are fantastic, and our kids absolutely love walking around and taking it all in—it’s become a bit of a tradition for us.

I was looking a new water feature for my back garden and saw the one I wanted which was £100 cheaper than I’d seen in another garden centre.
I was a bit nervous about delivery as you never can tell if it’s going to be ok. But I have to say that Taskers were brilliant from start to finish. They kept me informed of my order status and delivery. I was given a 4 hour time slot the evening before which was handy. The delivery man was very pleasant and helpful. Couldn’t fault it and my water feature is lovely.

Fantastic service all round

I ordered a table early January and advised it would be delivered early February to this date, still no table.
Relentless emails to an ignorant customer service team who persistently ignore or fob you off when they do reply. I’ve had to resort to claiming the money back via my bank.
Taskers have gone downhill there’s plenty more reputable places to purchase similar or the same stuff sometimes at a fraction of the price.
My advice look elsewhere and give taskers a wide berth

Very happy with the sofas I purchased. Quality and price. The friendliness of the staff in store. My one gripe is the email advertising date and time for delivery- time 5.40am to 7.40 the email arrives on a Saturday and I was unable to contact customer service at the weekend, so although I thought it doubtful that delivery would be 5.40am I got up at 5 and and to wait till 13.00 before the sofas where delivered.

Furniture delivered early within the designated time slot; notified in advance and by driver when near. Delivery and assembly of furniture completed speedily and efficiently by well trained staff. Polite and obliging throughout. Always a pleasure dealing with Taskers.
