If my item had actually been delivered I may be able to give a better review but as DPD left my parcel on the doorstep , which then vanished I can’t tell you if it was a nice item or not , I have been in contact with Lyndsey from customer services for 2 weeks and still has not been resolved , so happy that I have been able to spend £79 for nothing

I bought a Luca 2.4 dining table on 13/03/26 and there were lines all over the marble top. I called Taskers and advised them of this the same day. The customer service advisor Lyndsay asked for photos and replied a couple of days later saying that these were buffing marks and the table wasn't defective. I replied to the email saying that I wasn't satisfied with this and that they needed to collect the table. I did not get a response and chased a few times by email. I had a quartz and marble firm out to check the table and they said buffing marks don't go in straight lines and that these would not come out. Since then I have emailed Taskers several times and not had a response. I have called 5 times, held on for an hour even when there were only 3 people in front of me and was cut off at the hour stage each time. I've email again and still no response. This is absoluteley disgusting and I would advise anyone to stay well clear of this.

Update:01/04/26 I received an email from Taskers yesterday after sending 8 emails, completing a form online and wasting 5 hours on the phone getting cut off each time. I do wonder if this was a result of this review as all emails and forms were sent to the same email address as per Taskers response below. I would strongly advise anyone else having issues with Taskers to complete a review and not at the time of delivery when they got me to scan a QR code to leave a review.

we went to your shop to buy wallpaper which we got a lot to choose from we found wallpaper we realy liked and while we where there we had a cup of coffee and a scone with clotted cream and jam which was excellent.

Always a pleasure shopping in this store, top marks to all the staff, it offers a wide choice of quality merchandise and there's some great bargains to be had too, there's an excellent cafe and the seasons are reflected well as the displays are constantly changing, well worth a visit.

When i seen the couch i wanted the staff were so helpfully guided me through everything perfectly
,got it on Thursday guys where great getting it in the house ,and it is so comfy

Looks expensive and fits perfectly in my hall and with my decor.
Packed extremely well and the whole process has been simple and not lengthy

Bought a three seater sofa and matching chair. Priced competitively and was well informed about delivery and time slot. Delivery drivers were very helpful and unpacked and took away all packaging. They did have trouble getting the couch through the living room door but they persevered and succeeded for which I was very grateful Thank you.
