We commissioned TaskFree to do some lead generation work for us after receiving an email from them. We dealt with Peter initially who talked us through the process and gave us enough confidence to proceed, on the basis there was a money back guarantee. Immediately after we transferred funds, Peter left for Nepal and appointed Saj to pick up working with us. Saj had no knowledge of what had been discussed/agreed and was starting from scratch. This rang alarm bells and we asked for a refund in January. 3 months on we are still waiting. No work was completed for us and they ceased reading or replying to emails and WhatsApp messages in January, and repeated attempts since. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely avoid TaskFree.

They sold a service based on specific results, then changed the KPIs just one week into the contract when it became clear they couldn’t deliver what they had promised. Even after lowering expectations, they still failed to achieve the agreed outcomes.

Their contract included a money-back guarantee if results weren’t met. I requested a refund over five months ago - I’m still waiting. Instead of honouring their own agreement, they’ve ignored repeated messages and are now completely unresponsive.

I’ve since had to take this to small claims court just to try and recover my money. Since starting that process, I’ve also come across multiple others who appear to have had the same experience.

This isn’t just poor service - it’s deeply concerning behaviour. Proceed with extreme caution.
