Bags co uk Tasko Products SCAM

I purchased an Osprey bag through their associated website bags co ukon 19 January 2026. Today’s date is 10 February 2026 and I have not received the item. The tracking details which I was provided on 20 January 2026 have not been updated. I was told that the courier responsible for the delivery is DHL_Parcel UK however DHL do not recognise the tracking number and advise that I contact the supplier. Neither Bags co uk or Tasko de will provide any update on the delivery. They will not provide any proof of dispatch or details of the company they use to collect from their warehouse. I have received several emails acknowledging my complaints but offering no useful information. I have requested a refund but this has not been addressed. I paid via PayPal and have requested a refund via their system. I have spoken to a representative at Tasko twice but they have refused to provide any further information.
