The task rabbit are a dodgy company
The tasker was brilliant, Belal did everything well and cleanly. Task rabbit though charged me £8.10 for “Trust and Support”. What was that you ask, what did Task Rabbit do for nearly 20% of the charge? NOTHING - they did not even tell me before hand that they would charge £8.10 for doing nothing. A total surprise and I think a bit dodgy! I wont use task rabbit again I will go to MyBuilder instead.

Terrible experience with Taskrabbit and…
Terrible experience with Taskrabbit and Wayfair. I had 4 appointments arranged (the first appointment was on 1st May, then 2nd May, then 3rd May, then 7th May). I waited in the house on 4 different days and nobody turned up to assemble my furniture. I will not bother in the future with either company and I have found another site who kept to the agreed appointment
Taskrabbit and Wayfair need to have a better communication channel between them!

Dissatisfied with communications
Once set up the account, unable to communicate with Task Rabbit, error 404 kept appearing. Downloaded the app and every time tried to log on wanted a a new password. Had multiple communications from Taskers, but error 404 came back every time I tried to reply. Communicated with IKEA customer service and they couldn’t relay my issues to you.I have tried your customer service dept.
I have wasted so much of my time trying desperately to communicate with you.
I would say the simple solution to avoid this issue is to have another alternative is to have a customer service in the country you do business in rather than relying on
AI entirely it can be less than 100% reliable at present
Your customers should be a priority.

The website does not work
The website does not work. Impossible to contact either the installer or the company. Never again.
The actual installers did a great job but they seemed understandably fed up as well with this incompetent site and service.

Great Experience
Tomas was amazing. He was quick, efficient and went above and beyond what I expected. He assembled the Ilea shelf unit AND attached it to the wall for security. He didn’t leave a mess and was super quick! I am very happy with this experience.

I bought a wardrobe from IKEA I paid for a tasker from Taskrabbit to assemble. I was never assigned a tasker. I can't speak to a human to arrange a refund and I'm now left with trying to find someone locally who can fit for me. Not happy at all. If I could leave no stars I would
