Horrible experience
Horrible experience. One of those companies with zero customer ethics that send you into endless threads with customer support when things don't work out (because of their own technical failures) until you grow too worn out to try. As of today, paid for two tasks, received none - no refund in sight. Avoid.

Another cost-increasing intermediary
Roudabout 300 Euro paid for 1h 15min. work which was estimated for more than 8h (!).
It was better when IKEA did the furniture assembling internally instead of introducing this further cost-increasing intermediary which basically has nothing to do with them nor with the workmen (which in fact aren´t their employees).
The "gig economy" drift.
