Showed up on time, very professional, helpful
I had 2 gentlemen come (not 1) and they were both wonderful because the front door was not working for the buzzer. We were trying to call each other and then i ran downstairs 6floors to see if the gentlemen standing outside were for me...i was expecting 1 person.... and as they were leaving they called me once more and my phone went off in front of them. We both just smiled! They had to be patient because i could not speak spanish and they could not speak english! We figured it out. Hard workers they kept moving the whole time.THey did an excellent job, cleaned up and very happy.

Overall experience with Taskrabbit
The first tasker assigned disappeared the day before my task was scheduled. Fortunately the support service was able to find me someone else. The second tasker was a very nice and reliable person. Overall, this service is highly dependent on the tasker assigned and it is not possible to trust the service entirely. If you have some stringent needs or timelines, you should be extra careful.
