Cancellation Charges.
Initial contact was fantastic and arrangements fine. Loss of 2 stars for poor communication when the delivery was cancelled by IKEA and a cancellation charge was implemented after being told this was the fault of IKEA and I would not be Charged. After Emails two and from I was informed I would not be charged. Then i was charged. So much hassle to get a refund that should not have been charged in the first place. 3 stars for the tasker assigned who was excellent and even came a day early as the delivery was made early in the morning.

I’ve been a driver for TaskRabbit for a year now and have 26, 5 star reviews.
task rabbit have now banned my account over me not accepting every job that comes my way!
I’m sorry but I work alone and physically can’t accept every job that comes my way and have been punished for it.
What do you expect me to do just accept every job and end up breaking something? Why give me the option to even accept it, if it isnt a choice?
