I would give these scammers 0

I would give 0. I press to buy something on Facebook for £2 then a popup came on, crossed it off, I thought nothing of it. Guess what a £9.95 went to this firm/scammed. Then a £55 came out and the (blackhorse) bank said I had to wait 15 days to dispute it. Today I went to do that and another £55 had been taken! £119.95 in total. The bank has again blocked them and give me my money back. If anything gets stolen, the police will be getting involve.

I wonder if all the people scammed with Tasksimpler.com bank with the same bank as me. If that's the case it's a breach on their side.

Scammed and Conned Be careful

This company hooked me in on something completely different to TaskSimpler! small add on facebook, for £9.95. There was no mention on this advert that it was a subscription only that it was a one off payment, if there was small print it was miniscule and I did not see it. I do not ever 'subscribe' to anything. I was, conned and lost £65.00 luckily my bank stepped in and stopped the next one going out. It is not until my bank informed me that fraud may have taken place did I check more into it.

If you check the website of Tasksimpler it does clearly state that you will be charged 66 Euros every 2 weeks or £55 however, on the little advert there was no mention that it was a subscription etc and it was definitely not called Tasksimpler. I'm retired and not working so why would I subscribe to such an irrelevant thing. I feel very stupid for being sucked in. I shall be be going to Trade Descriptions because Tasksimpler meant nothing to me. I had no memory of this company or signing up to it, even though I did pay £9.95 on that date it was not to Tasksimpler. I've been scammed, conned and sorry to everyone else that's been had. The more people bring it to the attention of Trade descriptions they will have to look into it. Hopefully things will backfire for those responsible for this company and how they con people.
