Superb products and service!
Products: Absolutely fantastic. Ordered two hampers for Mothers' Day and they were very well received. The packaging was great and even after transit they presented well.
Service: Helen and Jo are super dedicated to service. They dealt with a two queries I had very quickly, with great care and detail. They were very quick to offer a replacement - even though they were not at fault, the fault was mine.
They are a hardworking, small business. You won't regret spending your money with them!

I was fortunate enough to win a £100 worth of products from Taste of Bath. Selecting from the web site was very straightforward and delivery to our house was on time.
The products all arrived in a good quality package with perishables (Cheeses!) with a cool pack.

Taste of Bath delivered on the date and within the time frame they indicated. Very impressive; considering the delivery was arranged from Western Australia!
Further more they put a cold pack in the package to keep the cheese fresh. Clever!
The package was warmly received and will be enjoyed on Christmas Eve in Bristol.

We appreciate your feedback on our delivery costs, we do offer £6 local delivery charge, £8.50 for DHL nominated day delivery and the £9.50 is our premium Saturday service.
Legally we are required to use a 24 hour, signed for service which comes at a premium cost - this is to make sure the cheese is delivered within 24 hours and alcohol is signed for.
The delivery charges we charge our customer are charged at cost price, to keep costs for our customers as low as possible. We are a small independent business, so are not able to do delivery at a loss, but as the business grows we hope we will be able to negotiate a better rate.

I ordered for a gift; one of the products was out of stock and I was offered another or a refund promptly. The receiver was very happy with the hamper and I will definitely be ordering again - this is not our first order, we reuse this company because of the ease, choice and good customer service.
