Terrible service as already noted by another user. Following the order, there has been no update, no delivery, no answer on the phone. Still money owed as there has been no refund on the order either.

Amazing quality of products. That's the third time I ordered from this company and second time for Easter food. The meat came all frozen and free of charge delivery, really good packaging as it stayed frozen even two days after. The lamb was really tasty, and the kokoretsi and the kontosouvli were just as good as back home. Everyone on the Easter lunch couldn't fault any of the meats and enjoyed them a lot. But what has won me is the customer service of this company. Anastasia is such a kind and lovely lady that will do anything to make sure you are happy with your order and decent ti the point she refunded me money that I didn't even realise she had to and probably I wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't. Their honesty, fast service and kindness along with the variety and the quality of the products, is rare to find elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Extremely bad service. No order tracking. No estimate date of delivery. No information on their website. I contacted them twice and I still haven’t heard anything. Ordered six days ago and still haven’t received my order. Unacceptable service. Will not order again.

Amazing service experience. Fast (2 days from order) delivery with live tracking option. Exceptional packaging for frozen products. Products are of high quality.
