I’ve only used 2 packs ( of 8 ) so far but what I have learned that they taste much better from scratch rather from a packet or tin …you can balance the level of “hot “ so you are in control .. ok there is a lot of prep but the outcome is far tastier ☑️

Terrible Customer service
Terrible Customer service, when things go wrong, 10 days from placing order to it arriving, 3 phone calls 3 promises then they blame the postal service...As a new customer this level of service is not acceptable when other companies can guarantee a day and in most cases a time slot where food produce is being delivered. How a company deal with things when they go wrong is how they are measured as a good company not when things are going right. Sorry I will not use or recommend you at all.

Hi Karl. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. I apologise that your order was sent out 2 days outside of our normal 2-3 working day window. As explained via email, this was due to a combination of unforeseen increased demand and staff sickness. We upgraded your delivery for free to our Tracked service, which normally delivers the next day. However, on this occasion there was also a delay on the part of our courier company. You requested a refund after the parcel had already been sent out, which is not possible.
