Great taste and good selection
Good selection. Order the 14 meals every 2 weeks and freeze half of them. Went for the large size for a bit more but find they’re sufficiently filling. Quite expensive per meal but makes up for it with varied meals I wouldn’t be able to get at same price. A bit more veg in the meals may be good.

Very good quality meals
I've been using Tastily's service for a little over a month now and the quality and variety of the food has been very good overall. I work long hours, and the convenience combined with the good quality stands out from other ready meals I've tried in the past.

Most of the menus were very good
Most of the menus were very good . Unfortunately they are made for 2 persons and as a single person it's too easy to eat the lot rather than put half in plastic storage boxes for later. I also found one of the menus with an emulsifier on the ingredient. I look out for anything that you wouldn't have as an ingredient in your kitchen cupboard.

Great food
Great food. Very tasty, well seasoned and good quality ingredients. However, customer service is only contactable via email, they do not answer the phone. On one occasion my order was cancelled without any explanation after the deadline, however it was rectified. Nevertheless, customer side needs improvement.
Overall, great product, a bit teething problems, which I’m sure will be addressed.

Quality of the food
Quality of the food, although our Roast chicken was not the best chicken!
The sliced steak was amazing just needed 2/3 slices more, vegetables were excellent.
Your nearly there, a little more fine tuning and it’s there! Then it’s all about week in, year in, consistently producing your quality, to the same standard!
Best meals we have ever had for a microwave, just check the portion sizes? I would like a little more? But they might be the right amount for an adult?

Really pleased we discovered Tastily…
Really pleased we discovered Tastily and very pleasantly surprised. To be very honest - I wasn't expecting too much - having tried other companies. But on our second week and everyone really happy with the meals. Not all 100% to our personal preferences - but amazingly good. Particularly as we have a family with so many likes and dislikes. The Chicken Tikka was restaurant quality as was the Paelle. Well done Tastily - you deserve to prosper.

I’m a new customer and I pointed out an issue with the website along with some order issues. Both times they responded really quickly and both issues were addressed perfectly. I understand there are sometimes issues, it’s the way that they are addressed that makes all the difference. Also the food is really tasty, love the diverse range of cuisines. Good fresh quality food for one
Have been looking for a good source of meals for one since my wife died in August last year. Have tried some frozen meals but they are very limited in choice and sameish. Others such as Hello Fresh only do meals for a minimum of two. I saw you advert on Google and with the Solo30 discount decided to try you. I have to say the ordering process was very easy and the delivery one hour timeslot is very helpful. Delivery was on time and the packaging was excellent.
I have tried three of the meals so far and they have all been really good portions, well balanced ( I am diabetic) and value for money compared to others I've tried. I have written positive reviews for each one with hopefully some constructive critique as well so you can evaluate the feedback and know how you're doing. I've ordered next week's and am looking forward to it as I have changed my choices and picked a couple of the new meals which have appeared which is another excellent aspect of your service to provide different meals on a regular basis. Overall the experience has been excellent to date and I will certainly be continuing this healthy lifestyle if the quality continues at its present level.

I have been trying to get a hold of…
I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for over a week and no one has responded and contacted me. I needed to cancel my order as I am not around and needed to attend a family emergency. The box has been delivered and my emails and voicemails before then have been ignored. It is a terrible waste and could have been easily avoided if customer service was prompt.
