Tacos are better with refried beans
We usually order a different brand of refried beans but they were out of stock so we ordered Taco Bell beans. They are very good and our order was delivered in 2 days. Thank you

Goods arrived damaged
Goods arrived damaged despite the box being bubble wrapped and the box was in perfect condition. I believe the goods were damaged before packaging.
I cannot find a way to contact them via email on their website. I would have to call their customer support from a different country.

Thank you for your feedback! I can see that you have written us two emails and we have replied to them. You can call us, even from abroad, just dile 0046 followed by our customer service number.
Our warehose always strive to emballge the products as thorough as possible, although they sometimes can arrive a little dented. If you have bought delicate items, it is almost imopssible for it to arrrive in mint condition. The denting can occur with the shipping from the US or on the way to the customer. We are sorry to hear that your products did not arrive in mint condition, and we hope that you will be more satified the next time you place an order, if we still have your trust.

Expiring products
I ordered four chocolate bars to give to a friend on Christmas. Everything went smoothly until I got the bars and saw that they expire 10/2022. It would’ve been nice to be informed that they expire next month so that I could’ve waited to see if you got a new batch closer to Christmas. At a price of 16€ for four bars (includes shipping) I expected better.

If a product has a shorter time to Best Before-date than one month, we always enter the date after the product name. If it says Best By, and a date, the product is on sale because it is approaching or has passed the Best before-date. Note that this is not the same as the Expiration date. Regarding Best before date, the product normally has a margin of 6-12 months depending on how is has been stored and if the packaging is broken.

I ordered some chocolate to Turku.
My favorite chocolate stopped being sold at my nearby stores, and after googling and weighing my options, I decided to take a chance on Tasty America.
I received my chocolates and I'm happy, no regrets :)
I will probably re-order this and other fun stuff from Tasty America in future.
The only negative I found from this, was the Klarna the payment processor gave me mixed signals of whether the payment was completed properly or not. TA's website also did not help with this concern as it gave a weird error about the order not being found / placed.
!!!HOWEVER!!! I contacted the support and they responded quicker than I expected, within the day (twice actually)! They confirmed that everything was actually fine, and a day later I got the stuff as normal, so even though the error stuff made me worried, the fast and helpful support really balances it out. So yeah 5/5 would order again.

Nice variety of products, except that some cake mixes are way overpriced than what is available in the regular supermarket, as I found out recently, much to my dismay.
