Possible scam company.

I placed an order on December 6th. Website said delivery would be 2/3 days. Today is the 19th and I am still waiting. The event I needed the order for is this morning so I don’t have the items. I’ve emailed several times but have not had a single reply. I think maybe this company is a scam. I’m just relieved I paid with my ‘load on’ card.
UPDATE. Why has Trustpilot given Tasty Biscotti 3.2 stars, when there is only 1 review, and that one review is 1 star?
UPDATE#2. I got a refund straight away from Revolute - the card I paid with.
