Unfortunately, Tatil Villam could not protect our rights in any way.
We stayed at Villa Eyfa for 1 week.
Our experience at this holiday villa was terrible. First of all, the kitchen utensils and some furniture inside the villa were extremely old and neglected.
However, the worst part was in the bedroom. The smell inside the bedroom was quite offensive and filled with the smell of urine. Unfortunately, this prevented us from enjoying our holiday. Moreover, the entrance door of the villa did not have a lock, it was repaired upon our request. We spent most of the first day and half of the next day trying to get rid of this disgusting smell and doing repairs. Although Mr. İrfan was very caring, unfortunately he could not solve the problems in the Villa 100%. But it wasn't about him anyway...
The villa owner did not provide any help to solve this problem and did not offer any discount on the price.
Of course, Tatil Villam did not help in any way despite all our complaints. We were consoled by saying, "This is what the villa owner says." Tatilvillam, as an intermediary, should have protected and represented the rights of the visitors. Unfortunately, this was definitely not achieved. For this reason, I will not make a reservation through Tatilvillam again. There are many other tools...
After the holiday, when we opened our suitcases, we realized that all our clothes were filled with this bad smell. This affected our holiday extremely badly and was an unforgettable bad experience for us.
The only thing Tatilvillam helped with was providing us with a WiFi box. However, despite that, we didn't have a stable internet connection.
I would never recommend it!
