I'm sure this is a great tool if your a tattoo artist or looking to get a tattoo; however, I saw this for an add on IG. All on me for failing to recognize it's clickbait, but I was under the impression that it was a 1 time fee to find out what my spiritual totem animal would be based on a quiz. Not the case at all. in fact, I completely forgot about this until I researched what exactly the company did prior to writing this review as all I was getting before was an AI text box similar to ChatGPT telling me to write something in it.
In addition, it's a subscription...that I never used except to take a quiz that failed to provide me what it was exactly I was looking for based on the advertisement. I asked for a refund for the subscription that month, within 7 days of the charge according to their refund police in addition to having less than 3 works created (again, I failed to use this software and def didn't create any designs after being severely let down by the lack of tattoo that was created for me for the ad on IG) and I was told the refund was unable to be provided because I purchased their subscription via the website. They send me the link to their refund policy, and I've included that below.
As someone who's used something and failed to use it, took the initiative to cancel the service and as for a refund of an unused product within 7 days of purchase (according to their refund policy) I'm happy I made this decision and am here to tell you to save your money. You can create your tattoo the old fashion way. If customer service find this - I've blocked you on my email because I'm done with you, your company, and like I said in my review of my customer service experience - Good riddance. Happy to be rid of you and i'm sure the feeling is mutual quite frankly and I can confirm will refrain from ever using your product again.
Lesson learned on me to be more critial of ads posted by companies. you may just be a sucker to click bait, promised a different service than what's provided, and than told your unable to obtain a refund even when you qualify for an exception. BTW, not listed on your site refund policy saying that refunds made through the website are non-refundable, but you did cover yourself with the first line saying someone about all refunds being final except in these situations. Given your responce and your phrase "i'm sorry for the inconvience this may have caused," which lets be honest, your not-not even a little bit, that's just a customer service line to help deliver a soft blow for the customer in an attempt to be apathetic and again with your refund policy sent over, I feel your very much happy with the outcome and with that i feel your happy with the outcome of this interaction and review as well.
