Tatty Goose have some fabulous stock, all year round. This time I bought The Cosy Nest Swedish dishcloths. They are brilliant. The best thing I’ve used on my quartz worktop and great on the induction hob. No more water marks! Easy to wash and seem a lot more hygienic than traditional clothes. No going back for me.
Cup arrived safely, well packaged and quickly. Photos of cup were accurate.

Struggling to get hold of Tatty Goose… ordered reed & diffusers on 48tracked …. This was Monday… now Thursday.. Royal Mail are still waiting for the goods … no one answering their phones, & unable to leave a message.. no reply to email yet… these are for presents & needed by Saturday… which should have been ample time to receive them… very frustrating… I have been receiving orders, promptly, all week, from Royal Mail, from other suppliers….

The website clearly stated that it was a reed diffuser including reeds, oil and bottle but when it arrived it was just a refill. I emailed them and didn't even get a reply. Dreadful service.

Hi we really apologise if you have had a negative buying experience from us. However, we have made a thorough search of all our website orders, over the past few months, and cannot find an order in your name. We have also completed a thorough search of our inbox and there is definitely no message from you. The St Eval reed diffuser sets do include a bottle of oil, reeds and a glass display bottle so, if you have only received a bottle of oil we have clearly made a mistake which we are really sorry for. If this is the case please get in touch, either through email or through our website, and we will get back to you.

Beautiful products, very well wrapped. I was kept informed all along re: delivery. No problems at all. My daughter loves the salt cellar I got her for her new home and I love my juicer which doubles as a pitcher. Everything in the store is lovely and also got 2 really cute Christmas ornaments as well. Very pleased
Wrong item sent. No paperwork so was unable to return. Very disappointed.

We also have a 30 day return policy and will cover the postage and can arrange collection if an item is sent incorrectly or is damaged in transit.
