I wish I had checked these reviews before I contacted thus awful company.
Just made an official complaint and awaiting response.
On the phone make it sound like thier plumbers work for them and you are paying £120 to secure your booking in fact they charge you a finders fee of £120 and you still have to pay thr plumber £120 when they turn up. Sam told me he could see where the confusion was in our conversation but was still unprofessional, unpleasant and baited me and refused to take my complaint seriously.
Complete misrepresentation from the first moment of contact.
I have been informed that they record calls...only once I complained. I would have not given my card details if I'd known this. I have asked for a copy of this recording as apparently it has been listen to by 'Sam' and his 'director' but we'll see if they can actually follow through.
At the moment I feel this company is either a very unethical company or bordering on a social engineering scam. Either way I do not recommend and I will never use again.
I will update my review if they prove me wrong and actually reply and resolve my complaint. If not I will be discussing with trading standards and my banks fraud team and if need be the ISO.
Edit: in response to the companies comment below. I already have. The email was sent to contact @ ahr247. com on 4/3/26 at 16.46. I await your response within 5 working days as stated on your complaints policy. If no response is received I will be taking this further in particular with the ISO on misuse and handling of my data and my request for the call recording as stated you have.
