Having ordered before I never expected this issue. I placed an order. Payment taken and heard nothing back. I have emailed every single email address I can find and still no reply and I'm out of pocket. Order placed in November and it is now march and I haven't had a single reply to any of the emails or a refund

I ordered this wallet on November 9th as a gift for my husband for our anniversary. Given that it is being shipped from overseas and it's now the holiday season, I understand the delays and longer-than-normal wait times for delivery. My issue is there is NO response or communication from this company whatsoever. I emailed three different times and still nothing.

My husband really, really wanted this particular wallet so I've been holding off on requesting a refund through PayPal in hopes that maybe something will change over the next week or so, but I highly doubt it at this point. I even created an account on their website to keep track of the order and it only says the order was paid but not fulfilled.

I will never do business with this company again. I strongly suggest if you choose to give it a try, and you are not in their country, please make sure you have purchase protection through your bank or just go with PayPal. I can only imagine the hellish nightmare it would be to get a refund directly from this company.

They sent with delay and send me the wrong item. They are not responsive to my messages. I ordered a back model but got a grey with some weird patters The product is good on itself

Never ever buy from them. Item not received, customer support non existent, not replying to messages.

One email back saying due to covid.... Sorry but all lies.

I ordered the wallets about 10 days ago still no notification that it has been shipped etc... I even wrote them a few times to ask about it and no replies... I know of some people that got it but it took more than 4 months if you want it you have to wait.

Never received wallet, was told shipping delay due to covid. Then customs issues, then ghosted. It's been 4 months now, I disputed the charge got my money back, but total bull crap. Do they pick and choose who actually gets an order? Don't do it horrible service not sure how they are a company still.

Ordered a wallet from Tauros as a "Brand Ambassador" and the wallet arrived much later than anticipated, even after paying for express shipping. The quality of the wallet was poor and cheaply constructed. It's bulky and cards fall out of it due to the elastic bands being poor quality also. It's now just become a decoration in my office and highly suggest that if you're in the market for a new wallet to look elsewhere for a more innovative design and functional wallet. This one is just poorly designed and constructed, especially for the price you pay.

I just got the wallets. Well it took them like 3-4 months but they are very nice indeed

Fake company, i live in Dubai, UAE, I've been waiting for more than 6 months for 3 wallets that I bought from their "emabssadors programme", and every time I ask about my delivery, they have come up with several different "difficulties" to send or deliver the Items. I've given .y address mire than 4 times via email.. still no wallets... It is a complete SCAM

Do not buy from this company the service is terrible.

I live in South Africa and have been waiting my order of 5 wallets for over 5 and a half months now. They refuse to refund me in full. I have been trying to contact them continuously, but they are very bad at responding to emails. They do not care about their customers and it shows

Asked for a replacement as my wallet is faulty and i was offered a 40% voucher to pay for another one

Ordered a wallet. Didn’t receive any kind of order confirmation but the money was taken from my account. Never received the wallet, tried several times to contact but absolutely no replies. Been well and truly ripped off, I’d say avoid at all costs.

I placed an order early October and I still haven't received my product and it's been more than a month since. Shipping hasn't been updated and just last week, the shipping link didn't work. I contacted the company a week and a half ago and I still haven't received an response. I wanted a full refund and there's no way I can contact them.

Carbon wallet seems good after a month but that's not my problem. Accepted to be an ambassador ( as I am sure everyone is if they apply) but doesn't seem to exist. No promo code, no reply from customer service. Looking around the internet I see other wallets really similar at the same price as the Tauros wallet after 50% discount. So I'm guessing they have inflated the prices, and then give you a discount so they are still making their money. Pretty disappointed and won't be promoting the product.

Honestly. I ordered something from their store to see and try it. But it wasn't for me eventually so next day I send it back. But I never heard a thing from them and I keep emailing them but less to no respond about my cancelation. So I don't recommend this store.
