We’ve used Taurus 10 years ago and when we decided to get an extra bed, we did look around but ended back with Taurus because they of their products. Great communication, great value and great customer service.

We have used Taurusbeds for several years now and I cannot find fault in either the quality of the advice nor the actual quality of the beds. The guys are so helpful and very “Un pushy” while at the same time very knowledgeable of their products .

Was looking for a bed for small bedroom for ages, none of them seemed right. Found the large single Kyoto from Taurus. Purchased in antique wax with headboard. Wasn't sure it would actually work in a small bedroom but it is perfect, actually takes up less room than the previous standard size single bed. Looks beautiful too and is well made. Delivery guys were really helpful too. Glad I purchased this.

Really happy with the Sealy mattress. It’s very comfortable. The service from the help on the shop floor right through to delivery was excellent. Really clear communication whether on email or over the phone regarding delivery and estimated time of delivery.

We’ve used Taurus beds twice and have found them to be fantastic to deal with. The service is fast and efficient yet feels personal (orders are followed up by a phone call the next day to confirm specifications and timelines). The beds are delivered when they say they will and assembled on site extremely quickly. The beds themselves are stunning and feel very sturdy, and one has survived a house move with no issues. All in all a great experience and value for money.

I have been buying my beds and mattreses from Taurus for over 40 years. Recently needed a new single bed and mattress, ordered in store. Delivered and assembled for free within a couple of weeks. The bed is top quality, great value, and I received excellent customer service from Gouldi and his team.

It has been an excellent experience for me, from the day I visited the showroom along Finchley Road to when they carried out the delivery and setting up of the bed, and the removal of the old one and a couple of mattresses. I was kept in touch and informed throughout regarding the delivery date and everything else I needed to be aware of. Both gentlemen duly arrived at the scheduled time, and carried out the work with no fuss, and were gone again in no time whatsoever.
