I placed an order with this company and my order has been in processing for over 6 weeks. I have contacted the company on two occasions and they insured me twice that the problem has been addressed and taken care of. Two weeks later my order is still in processing and hasn’t changed. I asked for a refund and they won’t give me my money back. I’m not sure what kind of company would not refund you money after multiple times of contacting them. It doesn’t seem as they can produce the product I bought so why not refund me my money. I absolutely hate giving bad reviews but this has gotten ridiculous.

I've had a great experience with Taurus Meds. The entire process has been simple, convenient, and professional. Their communication, customer service, and attention to detail have been excellent. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely values its customers and makes the entire experience straightforward and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Super easy to get

I was called 16 times in one day. I was told by a manager and a sales member multiple times ivwould tecieve the blood test and medication in the mail if i paid 149. So I paid them and I received nothing in the mail. And was told they wont give me my money back.

These people lied to me and took my money.

They sent me an order when it was 110 degrees out. Tried to contact for a different delivery date, no response by email or phone.

Product was delivered and was unusable.

Several attempts to resolve with a replacement. Still 2 months later no response or resolution.

Canceled subscription and still got charged for another month. Had to report fraud to my credit card company to avoid further charges on my credit card.

To be honest don’t know if the product works or not. But customer service is horrible and non existent

Horrible customer service. Company is mainly ran by AI. No refund policy is garbage. They won’t let you get a refund and treat you like you don’t matter. I would advise to use other companies.

They charged me for a subscription for two months without delivering anything. Should not have even started the subscription program as my account was still waiting for medical review. Compete BS when trying to cancel and get a refund.

So just to give you guys an update, still haven't gotten my medications and when they made me another consultation appointment, THEY DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP! They have taken $298.00 of my hard earned money and haven't sent me shit. I am beyond disgusted with this company and told them in the last email that I want my money back. This has genuinely been the worst experience Ive ever had with any organization. The right hand does not talk to the left. And Im not a rich person so for me, $298.00 does not come easy. Im writing this because I dont want people to have the kind of experience that I have had

Wish I could put a 5 star review I’m wary of this might be a scam hoping I’m wrong but I asked they cancel my order if they don’t they are a fraud . Don’t waste your time now I have to dispute my transaction. Lady told me they were in Africa . Be wise .

Absolutely stellar customer service, best I've ever had to be honest. Verk well information and positive attitude.

I would not recommend Taurus Medical based on my experience.

I paid over $1,200 for their service and medication, and it has now been over a month without receiving my medication or any meaningful update from anyone.

I had a scheduled consultation that no one from Taurus Medical showed up for. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that I had missed the appointment and needed to reschedule, even though I was available for the scheduled consultation.

Since then, I have called multiple times trying to get the issue resolved. Every time I call, I am told that a work ticket has been submitted and that I should allow 48–72 hours for someone to contact me. Despite being told this repeatedly, I never receive a follow-up call, email, or resolution.

At this point, I have paid more than $1,200, waited over a month, received no medication, and have been unable to get anyone to actually resolve the problem.

I am requesting a full refund. If a company is unable to provide the medication or service that a customer has already paid for, the customer should not have to repeatedly call and fight to get their money back.

I will update this review if Taurus Medical resolves the issue by issuing me a full refund or otherwise satisfactorily resolving the situation. Until then, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to be very cautious before paying them.

Well you were on top of things, if there was confusen, you would ask questions, right away to clear it up. You negotiated, with price very fairly too.

Easy process. Ordering straightforward. Looking forward to tracking the results.

Customer support was great....I really liked talking to Customer support
