Umbrella in catalog shown and send different

It's about the item shown on catalog and I have been sent a different item they no the thing what they send to me and when I said they totally different towards me this is arrogant so I recommend anyone don't buy things from them the same was here they said some items are short but not shown on catalog the things are short but they call me that they will refund if the are not able to provide things I shocked by knowing if they can not provide so why I order only dozen umbrella so pls don't make ur self feel froud

I purchased an item Dec17,2024

I purchased an item Dec17,2024. I received a notice two weeks later that the item was no longer in stock and was given a choice of another item or a refund. I requested a refund.
It is now February 2025 and I have still not received my refund.
