I have found the whole experience very misleading. Delivery was given as 5 to 7 days but it took a month as it came from China which was never mentioned. I wanted to cancel but it had already been shipped, they advised I could apply for a refund once the goods had been received. Now they have been received i tried to return but the returns form would not complete, I contacted the company for help with out much success, I was offered a 10% refund or return it to China. I have put a claim in with Barclaycard. I would not recommend using this company

Their wigs advertised as real hair, are synthetic and extremely poor quality. They advertise as a ul company but are based in China. I wanted to return wig but was told i had to return it to CHINA. I complained about this and they offered a 50percent refund. I'm still.waiting after over 2 months for a refund. They have stopped replying to my emails. They are unscrupulous.
