Chris M was EXCELLENT! I had no idea what I was doing. He was kind and patient and basically walked me through every single step. Couldn't have been easier. I'll sleep much better tonight knowing that this is taken care of!

Love this plug-in easy to use, works great!

This is a fine service as long as everything goes well. If you have any technical errors, the support is horrible though. We still are waiting for information over 3 months after reporting an issue. Have gotten 0 follow up.

Update: I got a reply email from a VP after leaving review. I outlined the issues and breakdowns in communicates in great detail. Never heard back from him - kind of par for the course from Tax Cloud.

Excellent Solution For SALES TAX filing, in 25 States for free. They manage everything.

I've emailed a few times expressing my concern regarding my Amazon Sales Tax Report. The directions don't 100% match my TaxCloud account, so I'm not sure if you're actually getting my sales tax report? I've called on the phone only to be told to email. It would be nice if someone would answer my emails so that I know everything is working properly.

I suddenly, without explanation, received a $100 invoice. I wrote twice requesting clarification. No response.

Update: 10 minutes after I posted this review, TaxCloud responded. Zero response to two emails, but a response in 10 minutes to a negative review.

If I could, I would reduce to zero stars.

Update 2020/9/4: It was closer to a week with no response from you. You call that "expecting an immediate response"!!! And then you try to shame me for being a small business.

Yesterday I received an email saying I requested closure of my account. I did not. I imagine you closed it. And then directly lied to me.

I can only suggest all readers of this review treat TaxCloud very warily.

It's a good service overall so long as you don't need to get in touch with them - I've left messages on their voicemail and don't get any response. :/

We are still having issues with duplicate invoicing therefore, we are paying twice as much for taxes. I understand it is not your fault but we are so busy I wish it was an easier fix on your website.

Great concept, but I'm having trouble getting support to solve my integration issues.

We use Taxcloud to handle the tax collection for our independent publishing business that sells online. They take the hassle out of all the crazy tax requirements for a very reasonable fee. Highly recommend.

Was lied to multiple times. Was promised a refund and they never kept their word.

Very good service. My only request would be to add more integrations to widely used and some of the newer web platforms.

Unable to update credit card information online. Your phone number does not work. I received a $100 penalty because I didn't know that the card had expired. I owed 32 cent. No customer service.

I repeat that I tried to call but your phone number on your site doesn’t work. If you would be so kind to provide a working number I will try again.

After this review posted I did receive an email trying to help resolve the issue. They also admitted that there is a confusion regarding the phone number and how to make contact with someone there to resolve problems.
