The process is pretty straight forward and it is a great option for anyone dreading miscalculating their taxes. However I cannot find my return in my account. I could down load it last year. So I had a copy on file, this year I can’t find either and no download option.

thank you Simon! He made the process very quick and easy for me. all i did was give him access to my Xero and he did all the rest of the work with filling and putting together my company accounts. absolute bargain of 399!!! wow!! beats any accountant!!!

Easy to use and great Customer Service
Never met such an easy application to get on with. Covered all of the forms I needed SA100, SA105, SA109 and even HS304 when I requested it. Super helpful customer service and well worth the price. I have signed up for next FY it’s that good!!!!

Takes you by the hand and seems to do a wonderful job. The only reason to remove 1 star is that I nearly made a false claim when lulled a little too much into "brain off, just answer the questions".
It asked if I wanted to claim extra tax free allowance because I'm married. I thought to myself "well we live in Germany and she doesn't pay UK taxes but I guess we'll just see what the next questions about her are".
There weren't any and I thought nothing more of it.
I realised my mistake after finishing the return and looking back at my tax software for previous years and why it had missed this awesome deduction.
To be fair, there is a tiny little hint in the interface that to answer some of these questions accurately you'll probably need to click through to more information. I think given the very much non-expert users, that could be more clearly signposted e.g. with highlighted little more info icon specifically on the questions that can't be answered without understanding an official definition.
