My experience was very satisfying. I was fortunate to have Heather Irizarry resolve the issue in a short-period of time. I was anxious but Heather's calm demeanor and tenacity put me at ease. Heather would call/text/email me with day to day updates. Heather was very kind and respectful, she made me feel important. I'm extremely happy with the outcome. I have been with Tax Defense Network for ten years. Heather solved my problems.

I had some real tax issues, tax defense made it easy for me to go through resolving my issues, they listened to my issues and delt with them to resolve my tax problem.

Lori went above and beyond helping my husband and I put an end to his
IRS nightmare. She worked tirelessly on finding a solution and she did exactly what she promised us she would. Lori never left us second guessing and always followed up. She is amazing at what she does and is HIGHLY recommended! We cant thank her enough!!

The 5 star review is specifically for Renzi Ross-Boswell as she was FANTASTIC!! The company itself...not so much. We have been working with this company trying to get my brother's tax issues worked out for almost 8 years! We have been passed from representative to representative, then we were blessed to be assigned to Renzi. In less than 6 months Renzi got his account wrapped up with the IRS. She was on top of the situation from the very start and the ONLY reason it took 6 months was because the IRS was slow to respond, but Renzi would NOT let it drop!! On top of everything, when we finally got the news that the case was finally handled and closed Renzi immediately called with the good news. The kicker, she was on the way to the hospital with her own medical emergency!! Talk about going above and beyond! Thankfully Renzi is on the mend. We are so thankful that we were finally assigned to a competent and diligent agent to help us.

Renzi was consistent and kind. she went the extra mile and got the job done. she was a pleasant experience vs the other analysts that didn't seem to care or were incompetent. She heard me.
