I filed a consumer report with the FTC…
I filed a consumer report with the FTC and I also went into my bank and filed a claim of fraud for the transaction. Here is what I stated to the FTC:
Placed an order on 8/12/2025 for some shelving. Was marked shipped and got a tracking number on 8/13/2025 that looked a lot like a UPS shipping number, however on cross reference with UPS, it was not found in their system. After a couple weeks, I looked up tracking via a link on my order and it said it was delivered and signed for on 8/28/2025 to my home. Of course, I never got it. So I wrote support at the email on my order for support and started recieving replies from this email them.
They first gave me the run around, having me send the order number, all of my information, and redirecting me over and over. Things like we can only help if you give us the order number (I included it in every
correspondence), check with neighbors, on and on. They insisted that it was delivered. Finally, when I insisted on a refund, they said they had already shipped a replacement on 9/15/2025, they replied to my request for a refund by saying they had already shipped a replacement. I waited a bit, then on 9/22/2025, I wrote for a tracking number because nothing had come once again.
They replied with a tracking number again: Your replacement package has been successfully delivered! Waybill number:

today, 9/23/2025 and said so, and asked that they refund my money. I know it is not much money to be out, but its the principal.
I have all the email correspondence, and I just want to report this so that no one else uses their site: tax free shopping NOT! and falls for the same run around and fraud!
