My review
Well for one, she understood my plight and was very helpful connecting me to the right source. Second, she explained to me how busy the IRS is this time of year. When I got my letter in the mail and my refund may be held back due to a scanning error. I thought I wouldn't get my refund at all. She explained that I will get my refund. She told me that they would just "cut" me a check and mail it, but it might take 6-8 weeks. I am ok with that. I just didn't want to lose my refund. She assured me I would receive it.
